Safety & Trust

We take safety seriously — below you’ll find guidance and practical advice to help you complete jobs safely. Your safety is the top priority: if you feel at risk or uncomfortable, remove yourself from the situation and contact local emergency services if necessary.

Before the job

  • Check the booking details (address, job description, estimated duration) and make sure you have the right skills and tools.
  • Communicate through the app so there’s a clear record of what’s expected.
  • Share job details with a friend or family member (time, location) and arrange a quick check-in when the job is done.
  • If the location or timing seems unsafe (e.g., poorly lit area late at night), ask the customer for more information or reschedule.

During the job — basic safety rules

  • Trust your instincts — if a person or situation feels unsafe, move to a safe location.
  • Keep your phone charged and accessible; use group messages or let someone know you’re on a job.
  • Work in public or well-lit areas where possible.
  • Don’t share sensitive personal information (personal ID numbers, full bank account numbers) directly with customers.
  • If the use of tools creates a hazard, discuss this with the customer before starting and agree on a safe approach.

Reporting incidents and risks

  • If you are in immediate danger, call the local emergency number (112) and leave the location.
  • Collect evidence where safe to do so: photos, videos, screenshots of messages, and the booking ID.
  • Report the incident immediately via the in-app Help Center or by emailing info@suts.eu — include the booking ID, location details and any evidence you have.
  • Our support team will respond and, where necessary, open an investigation, apply temporary suspensions or other safety measures, and assist with next steps.

Insurance and liability

  • Some bookings or service types may be covered by insurance — check the booking details or ask the customer about coverage.
  • In case of significant damage, follow the app’s incident reporting steps and contact support to begin the claims process.

Our vetting processes

  • All Taskers undergo identity verification and where required additional background checks. We may request further documentation to complete verification.
  • When asked to submit documents, use the secure upload methods in the app.

Quick safety tips

  • Keep your profile up to date and maintain accurate contact information within the app.
  • Save booking details and in-app conversations as they help document the agreement.
  • If a job becomes confrontational or unsafe, stop the work, document the situation and report it to support immediately.
