Payouts & Taxes

Manage your payout methods and tax information as a Tasker.

Payouts info

Make sure your payout info is correct to avoid delays — incorrect or mismatched bank details are the most common reason for delayed payouts.

How payouts work

  • After a task is marked complete and any hold period ends, the payment is released to your configured payout method.
  • Payouts may be batched depending on the payment provider and will show in your earnings history once processed.

Payout schedule & timing

  • Payout timing depends on the payment method and country; typical processing times are 3–4 business days after release. Check your earnings history in the app for exact timing for each payment.
  • We may perform additional verification checks for larger amounts or unusual activity, which can delay the payout.

  • Bank transfer (IBAN)

Taxes & invoicing (important)

  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your jurisdiction. If you operate as an entrepreneur in Estonia, many Taskers use an LHV entrepreneur (FIE) account or similar business account that supports automatic tax withholding at payout. This can simplify taxation because taxes are withheld at payout.
  • If you need invoices, check the Payouts page where you can export the payout invoices.

Verification & security

  • To receive payouts you must complete identity verification and provide any required payout documentation. We use secure upload channels in the app for sensitive documents.
  • Never share full bank account details in public messages — use the app’s payout settings.

Troubleshooting common payout issues

  • Payout marked as "failed" — check that the IBAN/name matches your bank records and update in Profile > Payouts.
  • Payout "pending verification" — ensure you have completed any requested verification steps in the app.

Contact & support

If an issue persists, open a ticket in the app Help Center or email info@suts.eu with: booking ID, payout ID (if shown), and screenshots of the payout status. Our team will investigate and advise next steps.

  • Q: How do I change my payout method?
    A: Go to Payouts > Settings and add or update your payout details.

  • Q: When will I receive my payout?
    A: In total it typically takes 5-7 days from completing the task to bank transfer.

  • Q: What if my bank rejects the payout?
    A: If the payout fails, update your payout details or contact support for help.

  • Q: Are there fees?
    A: Suts may not charge a payout fee but your bank.
