The estimated price is held on your card when you book. When the work is done you're charged for the time worked (at least 1 hour, then by the minute) and the rest of the hold is released.
A 15% platform fee on top of the Tasker's rate. You see the rate, the fee and the total before you confirm.
No. All payments are made by card in the app and processed by Stripe.
Receipts
You get a receipt for every payment. Open the task, tap the menu and choose Receipt; you can share it as a PDF.
Terms & Refunds
If the work didn't match what was agreed, contact our support within 7 days of completion and we'll work with you and the Tasker to resolve it.
