How to change, cancel or update your orders.

Order Management

You can cancel from the order summary menu in the top-right corner of your booking.
Open the booking, choose reschedule and pick a new time that suits both you and the Tasker.
If the Tasker doesn't arrive, create a ticket about it and we will help reschedule or issue a refund where appropriate.

Click the three dots top right corner in Task Summary to see possible actions & information.

No-shows & Issues

If there is a problem, contact our support by opening a ticket in Support > New Ticket.
